1.Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer established in 2016. We have our own filter element, injection shell, mold production line.
2.Where is your factory?
Changzhou city, Jiangsu Province, China. It's in the northwest of Shanghai. It's an hour away by train.
3.If I want to customize？
We accept customer's personalized customization. Please tell me your requirements in as much detail as possible. But customization can lead to longer production cycles and more costs.
4.Can I get a sample？
We are willing to provide free samples. We welcome the first trial order. Please contact us.
5.What is the qualified rate of products？
We test all the products one by one (both performance and appearance). It guarantees 100% of the product pass rate.
6.How to transport？
We usually ship by air and sea. If the packaging volume is less than 1m³, air freight is recommended. If
the packing volume is more than 1m³, sea transportation is recommended.
7.If the delivery time is exceeded？
We promise to ship by air and bear the freight.
8.How do I place an order？
You can contact us by Email for details of your order. Or order online. After you confirm the PI, we will ask you to pay. T/T is the way we use it the most.
