Customization Service

The customer inquire about the certain product according to the demand. After receives the inquiry, we will price the product.

Then the corresponding quotation will be sent to the customers according to their request.

01	Determine customer needs by email or phone. According to customer’s needs and bargin, we would offer the solution for the filter kettle types, filter materials and packaging. Customers choose from our available filter kettles, or customers show us samples of the filter kettles they need.
02	According to the solution of first step, our team will prepare materials accordingly. It includes kettle shell, filter core material, packaging.
03	When everything is ready, our sample team will start making samples according to the drawings. The production steps of the filter kettle are as follows: fill the filter material into the filter core, glue and assemble the filter core, and dry the glue for 1-2 days. The quality inspector then tests the filter element's performance, including water flow and bacterial interception. After the injection molding of the shell of the kettle, print the LOGO on the shell. Install the filter element together with the kettle, then check the quality, and then pack according to the customer's needs.
04	Our sales team will check the sample quality, specification, material etc. and then send to customer if sample correct.
